Everise announces new CX center, plans to hire 700 employees in Asia

Global customer experience company Everise disclosed its plans to open a Digital CX Innovation Center in Singapore and invest in Malaysia and Japan to generate over 700 jobs in the Asia Pacific region by the end of the year.
The service provider’s Digital CX Innovation Center in Singapore aims to support US-based clients who would like to scale their omnichannel customer experiences in Asia.
Everise founder and CEO Sudhir Agarwal stated that they “intend to open a first-of-its-kind center for innovation for our regional clients in Singapore in the last quarter of 2021.”
Over the past three years, the firm has experienced a strong Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 33% and looks forward to employing 15,000 people globally across seven countries by the end of 2021.
