Everise opens new microsite in Philippine province

CAUAYAN CITY, PHILIPPINES — Outsourcing company Everise has opened a new microsite in Isabela, Cauayan City.
The new center aligns with Everise’s plan to establish microsites and employ talent from local and provincial communities.
The microsite currently employs 300 workers, and Everise plans to expand it to 1,000. Employees at the new microsite can work from home or on-site.
“This new microsite marks the latest addition to our right-shoring growth strategy, matching strong talent and geolocation benefits to deliver outstanding service experiences,” said Sudhir Agarwal, Founder & CEO of Everise.
Kristine Bondoc, Senior Vice President of Operations at Everise Philippines, expressed her gratitude to the local government for its support.
Last year, Everise announced its plan to open microsites globally. These microsites are operation bases that accommodate up to 300 seats or half the usual number.
Though they are situated outside main cities, the rising trend of flexible work arrangements has enabled Everise to recruit staff from provinces.
Everise considered the concept of microsites when it realized that 8 out of 10 of its Manila – Philippines’ capital – employees live outside the city.
“Adapting to new technology has to be a way of life. This is in every industry. But more so in our industry,” said Everise CEO Sudhir Agarwal.
