FBSPL bets on AI, ownership culture to drive next-gen outsourcing

UDAIPUR, INDIA — Fusion Business Solutions (FBSPL) doubled down on its AI-powered transformation at its Q1 Townhall, unveiling three proprietary automation tools to streamline insurance and finance workflows.
The outsourcing leader also reinforced its execution-first culture, urging more than 900 employees to act as stakeholders in its global expansion.
AI tools tackle high-volume workflows
The AI Proposal Generator generates client-ready proposals in seconds, while the Policy Comparison Tool identifies discrepancies across documents—a critical need for compliance-intensive sectors. On the other hand, the Smart Intake Chatbot replaces static forms with dynamic conversations, reducing data entry errors.
Pushpendra Singh Rathore, FBSPL’s AI and Automation Lead, emphasized practicality, saying, “Our approach to automation is clear. It must solve real problems, simplify execution, and scale without increasing friction.”
Early deployments show promise, with tools already integrated into internal operations before rolling out to client accounts. This aligns with FBSPL’s broader shift from transactional services to consultative, tech-driven partnerships.
Ownership culture fuels global ambitions
Leadership framed discipline and accountability as non-negotiables for scaling operations. Founder and Managing Director, Madhukar Dubey stressed, “We are no longer a small company; it is time to lead with purpose, precision, and personal accountability,” signaling a cultural pivot toward performance-led growth.
United States Chief Growth Officer Ken Hampton outlined five imperatives, including
expanding business intelligence services and forging strategic alliances.
- Strengthen vertical capabilities
- Expand into business intelligence services
- Transition client engagements from transactional to consultative
- Build strategic partnerships
- Enhance performance-led lead generation
Co-Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Vinod Verma tied these goals to execution rigor, citing zero-error delivery as a benchmark. Meanwhile, Co-Founder Shweta Dubey balanced tech investments with people-centricity, asserting, “AI is not here to replace people. It’s here to augment performance and performance stems from ownership, not oversight.”
The Townhall also highlighted promotions and a new performance system, reinforcing FBSPL’s “people-first” ethos amid automation. FBSPL’s Q1 Townhall crystallized its dual focus by deploying pragmatic AI to elevate efficiency while fostering a culture where every employee acts as a growth driver.
As the firm expands its vertical capabilities and partnerships, this blend of technology and accountability could redefine outsourcing excellence.
Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited recently ranked #375 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
