First Focus expands IT empire with Xari takeover

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA — First Focus, a managed service provider in Australia, announces its acquisition of Brisbane-based IT services provider Xari Group, a move that strengthens its position in the Queensland market.

It has built a robust presence serving more than 35,000 end-users across hundreds of customers. The company, with an annual revenue of $67 million, operates from its Sydney headquarters with an international network spanning Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Ireland, and South Africa.

The consolidation creates a more robust IT services provider, with an expanded network of professionals capable of delivering 24/7 IT support, enhanced security measures, and comprehensive cloud solutions.

The acquisition follows First Focus’ purchase of Melbourne-based technology company Section Group.
