Five9 hailed as Conversational AI in the Intelligent Contact Center leader

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Intelligent cloud contact center provider Five9 was recently named a Leader in the Aragon Research Globe for Conversational AI in the Intelligent Contact Center 2023.
In a press release, Aragon Research Globe said that Five9’s strengths in omnichannel, no-code Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) development and seamless handoff between IVAs and live agents helped put the firm at the top of their list.

Aragon Research’s acknowledgment comes on the heels of Five9’s announcements of a new European research and development hub in Portugal and the launch of its new product capabilities.
