Flatworld PH earns 2nd Great Place to Work Certification
DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES — IT-BPM company Flatworld Philippines secured its Great Place to Work certification for the second consecutive year.
In a poll conducted by workplace culture authority Great Place to Work, 85% of Flatworld’s employees affirmed the company’s positive work culture, while 92% felt that the firm is a physically safe workplace.
Commenting on the recognition, Flatworld CEO of Business Solutions David Antony said they are “proud to receive the Great Place to Work certification for the second year in a row.”
“We encourage employees to collaborate and innovate to achieve mutual success. Our aim is to strive for excellence in every task, no matter how small, and take pride in what we do,” he added.
Meanwhile, Flatworld Philippines Country Head Ajit Sivarajan stated that the firm experienced extraordinary growth in the last eight years, “and we strive to preserve our culture as we expand.”
“Our team members are key partners in the success of our organization, and being awarded the Great Place to Work certification for the second straight year is evidence of our exceptional work culture,” Sivarajan noted.
Great Place to Work is the gold standard for evaluating high-performance employee cultures across over 50 countries. The certification for Flatworld Philippines shows that they are an employer of choice and a critical factor in attracting quality talent.
