Foundever names Claire Calméjane French market GM to drive AI

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Foundever, a global provider of customer experience (CX) solutions, has appointed Claire Calméjane as General Manager for the French Market.
Calméjane, a recognized figure in European tech innovation, assumed her new role on April 1, succeeding Olivier Blanchard. Blanchard will now oversee operations in Africa alongside Benedita Miranda, General Manager of Onshore/Offshore Operations.
The appointment comes as Foundever accelerates its integration of artificial intelligence to enhance its human agents and deliver superior customer service.

With two decades of experience in technology and financial services, Calméjane has led transformation programs at major organizations including Société Générale, Lloyds Banking Group, and Capgemini. She is regarded as an expert in artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital transformation, and serves as an investor and board member for several companies.
