Foundever appoints new Chief AI Officer

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Foundever, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, has appointed Guillaume Laporte as its new Chief AI (Artificial Intelligence) Officer.
In this new role, Laporte will define Foundever’s AI strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s overall mission. He will work cross-functionally to develop AI projects, mitigate risks, and promote ethical and responsible use of AI.
Laporte brings over 15 years of experience in AI and digital innovation. He co-founded and led Mindsay, a conversational AI startup acquired by Laiye in 2019. As General Manager of Chatbot International at Laiye, Laporte continued to hone his skills in scaling AI software globally.
