Foundever appoints new U.S. market chief

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Customer service company Foundever has appointed Michelle Parks as its new Chief Executive Officer for the U.S. Market.
Prior to her new position, Parks held several executive positions at Foundever, including North America Chief Operation Officer and Senior Vice President and General Manager of North America Operations.
Parks also held executive roles at business process outsourcing firm SYKES and financial company Capital One.
Foundever’s U.S. market comprises North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. In her new role, Parks is expected to lead the firm’s foray into a changing tech and economic landscape amid the region’s cultural and business diversity.

In addition to Parks’ nomination, Foundever also appointed Maria Harju to Executive Vice President (EVP) of Enterprise Operating Standards & Global Clients. She was previously the company’s Chief Revenue Officer for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) & Global Accounts.
