Outsourced IT provider FPA acquired by VC3
SOUTH CAROLINA and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Managed information technology (IT) services company VC3 has acquired FPA Technology Services, an outsourced IT provider.
The acquisition allows VC3 to expand its footprint in California by joining forces with the local provider.
“They [FPA] understand the importance of long-term relationships built upon quality IT support and long-term planning,” said Ryan Vestby, CEO of VC3.

FPA Founder and CEO Craig Pollack said partnering with VC3 will enhance service delivery and allow them to offer more services. “This is such a logical move for FPA, our clients, and our staff,” he said.
