Fusion Connect launches new contact center offering

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Atlanta-based Fusion Connect, a global managed communication service provider (MCSP) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), has unveiled CCaaS Professional, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) product tailored to mid-market and enterprise businesses.
The company says CCaaS Professional offers sophisticated functionality without the high costs and complex implementation often associated with enterprise-class CCaaS platforms.
CCaaS Professional claims rapid implementation, heightened efficiency, and reduced strain on IT resources by leveraging cloud-native technology and integration with Fusion Connect’s Microsoft Teams Calling Services.
“Contact center administrators have been forced to manage cumbersome and overpriced platforms for far too long. CCaaS Professional is the cure for those frustrating ailments,” said Jeff Blackey, SVP of Product at Fusion Connect.
Fusion Connect was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2022. The move saw Fusion Connect raising $55 million in preferred equity and refinancing a $60 million credit facility as part of an overall recapitalization of its balance sheet.
