Fusion CX acquires S4 Communications, expands in U.S. and Philippines

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Global customer experience solutions provider Fusion CX has acquired S4 Communications, a provider specializing in call center outsourcing and business process outsourcing (BPO).
The deal, valued at an undisclosed amount, adds $23.5 million in revenue from S4 Communications’ 2024 operations.
Technology meets expertise
The acquisition combines S4 Communications’ established presence in telecom and utility sectors with Fusion CX’s advanced technological capabilities, including AI-powered quality management systems, voice bots, chatbots, and accent harmonization tools.

The merger brings on board 900 employees and expands its presence in the United States and the Philippines.
