Fusion CX opens new India center, to add 500 jobs

MUMBAI, INDIA — Business process management (BPM) company Fusion CX has opened a new facility in Navi Mumbai, and is looking to add 500 workers to its headcount.
Fusion CX has a global headcount of 14,000 — 9,500 of which are in India. The new facility will bring the firm’s India headcount to 10,000 employees by the second quarter 2024.

Our expanded presence in Navi Mumbai strengthens our footprint in India and boosts our ability to serve our global clientele,” said Amitabh Vartak, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences SBU, and Head of APAC operations.
The 20,000 square foot facility will offer a suite of service offerings including multi-lingual, omni-channel customer experience management, technical support, and back-office operations to clients in various sectors including healthcare, banking, financial services and insurance, technology, retail, and utilities.
Fusion CX offers omnichannel consumer engagements in 14 countries and 27 locations with over 40 global and regional languages to more than 250 clients worldwide across multiple industries.
The firm is equipped with the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies that streamline its services. These new technologies have also helped Fusion CX deliver high-value customer-centric solutions.
Founded in 2004, Fusion CX was previously known as Fusion BPO Services. It recently appointed Mohamed Amine Ajdahim as Senior Vice President and will be in charge of driving growth in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia region.
