Fusion CX invests $12Mn in Sequential Technology acquisition

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES and KOLKATA, INDIA — Fusion CX, a customer experience solutions provider is investing approximately $12 million to acquire Sequential Technology International LLC (STI). This acquisition marks the largest in Fusion’s history.
STI, based in the United States, specializes in providing customer support for the telecom, broadband, and satellite industries. With this merger, Fusion CX aims to strengthen its market presence and enhance service offerings across multiple sectors.

Fusion CX, headquartered in Kolkata, has been expanding its portfolio through acquisitions. Following its recent acquisitions of S4 Communications and RCCbpo, this new addition aims to strengthen Fusion’s global presence, with operations spanning Bethlehem, Manila, Bangalore, Gurugram, and San Salvador.

Financial impact and future plans
STI currently boasts revenues of around $38 million with a workforce of 1,350 professionals spread across nine locations. The integration of STI into Fusion CX is expected to complete by May end, propelling Fusion’s workforce to over 20,000 globally and enhancing its revenue streams.
“For this financial year, our company is expected to clock around Rs 1600-1700 crore of revenue. By 2030, we aim to become a USD 500 million company,” shared Manish Jain, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Fusion CX.
