FusionCX eyes nearly $120Mn IPO for AI-powered global growth

KOLKATA, INDIA — FusionCX, a Kolkata-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with India’s Securities and Exchange Board (SEBI), according to various reports.
The IPO aims to raise ₹1,000 crore (US$116.7 million), which will be used to accelerate the company’s international expansion and enhance its proprietary AI-driven platforms that power customer experience (CX) solutions globally.
According to the filing with SEBI, the IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹600 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of equity shares aggregating up to ₹400 crore. A stake sale by the promoter-selling shareholders, P N S Business Private Limited and Rasish Consultants Private Limited, will comprise the OFS, The Times of India reports.
Strong international presence, sector diversity
According to Nearshore Americas, nearly 80% of FusionCX’s revenue is generated outside of India. Latin America leads with 32.1% of total revenue, followed by North America (22.8%) and Southeast Asia (18.2%).
The firm services clients across diverse industries, including telecom, banking and financial services (BFSI), travel, retail, and healthcare.
The IPO is considered a pivotal move to position FusionCX as a top-tier global CX provider amid rising demand for AI-enabled customer service solutions.
If successful, the listing would provide FusionCX with the financial muscle to invest further in automation, talent acquisition, and market penetration — particularly in the U.S. and Europe, where enterprise demand for scalable, tech-powered CX solutions continues to grow.
Expanding AI-driven CX across the globe
FusionCX operates 40 customer experience centers spread across 15 countries. Its services are available in 28 languages and across multiple channels, including voice, chat, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
The company’s technology backbone is powered by Omind Technologies, a sister firm that develops AI solutions for marketing, conversational interfaces, quality assurance, and workforce management. These capabilities have allowed FusionCX to offer flexible, scalable, and automated customer engagement models to its clients.
Founded in India, FusionCX has grown into a major player in the CX outsourcing market, reporting $140 million in revenue for 2023. The company projects that revenue will grow to $209 million by 2025 — a compound annual growth rate of 25%, significantly outpacing industry averages.
