WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES — Unified communications solutions provider G12 Communications announced a strategic partnership with Luware, a company specializing in contact center solutions.
The move aims to bolster Teams Contact Center services via Operator Connect.
Luware’s contact center solution, which is fully integrated and certified with Microsoft Teams, provides advanced routing capabilities and an attendant console.
