Genpact, Advantage Solutions ink AI pact to advance consumer goods

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Information technology company Genpact has signed a multiyear deal with marketing and tech firm Advantage Solutions to accelerate the development of the consumer goods segment with the help of the latest artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
As part of the agreement, Genpact will create a custom digital platform to automate various back-office operations for Advantage Solutions. These include call center services, order-to-cash services, and data synchronization, among others.
In addition, Genpact will also lead in the installation and implementation of platforms such as Salesforce, Esker, and HighRadius – programs that accelerate the day-to-day operations of firms in the consumer goods industry.
Genpact will also deploy Genpact Cora, its digital business platform that enables firms to streamline payments, reduce credit risk, and improve overall customer experience.
“Consumer goods and retail companies that embrace data, AI, and digital transformation in their operations are better equipped to respond swiftly to market changes,” said BK Kalra, President and CEO-Designate, Genpact.
