Global professional services firm Genpact is named as a leader and star performer in Everest Group’s Procurement Outsourcing (PO)– Service Provider Landscape with Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021.
The report highlights the company’s strengths across strategic sourcing, category management, source-to-pay capabilities, and unified front-end solution across source-to-pay processes.
Everest Group Partner Shirley Hung said that Genpact was hailed as the top contender “due to its deep domain expertise, operational consulting capabilities, and digital solutions” that allow the firm to offer exceptional service to clients.
Hung added that Genpact’s Star Performer award refers to its high YoY revenue growth, acquisitions, and expansions to different regions across the world to enhance its “category management capabilities.”
