Globant acquires Pentalog to boost European expansion

PARIS, FRANCE – Globant, a digital technology services leader, announced a definitive agreement to acquire France-based digital transformation company, Pentalog, to strengthen its European foothold.
The acquisition coincided with Globant’s CEO, Martín Migoya, participating in the “Choose France Summit” hosted by President Emmanuel Macron. Pentalog’s addition will enhance Globant’s reach in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria.
Pentalog’s Co-founder and CEO, Frédéric Lasnier, along with his partners and team, will join Globant.

Pentalog is known for creating top-tier tech solutions for big brands including Criteo, Adidas, and TripAdvisor. It has 1,300 professionals in France, Romania, Moldova, Mexico, Vietnam, and the United States.
Over the course of three decades, Pentalog has established a robust business pipeline, with a significant portion of our revenue – nearly 80% – originating from European accounts. The remaining revenue is generated from our operations in North America.
With a workforce of over 27,000 professionals, Globant operates in 25 countries across 5 continents. The company services Google, Electronic Arts and Santander, among others.
