GlowTouch opens new center in India
Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider GlowTouch LLC announced the launch of its new contact center in Mysore, India, making it the third office of the company in the country and its sixth center globally.
The Kentucky-based firm is expecting to hire over 300 employees in its multi-story Mysore office within the first year..
The opening of this location comes after the company’s expansion in Miami and the Dominican Republic.
Mysore (or Mysuru) is an emerging tech city and is known as the second-largest software exporter in Karnataka state. Its numerous colleges and universities could provide GlowTouch a wide talent pool for recruitment.
