Grand Land to add BPO tower to flagship Davao project
Cebu-based Grand Land, Inc. announced that it will add a business process outsourcing (BPO) tower to Amani Grand Citygate, its flagship project in Davao city. The Gaisano-owned developer said the eight-story BPO tower will be built on a 3,000-square-meter lot in front of four condominiums.
Ryan Bernard Go, Grand Land president, said the building is part of its masterplan and that they plan to start construction by the fourth quarter of next year. Go said they are currently finalizing the building plans. The 10-hectare development project will house four residential buildings — which are 90% sold out and will be finished ahead of schedule — and a commercial arcade, said Go.
The real estate unit of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies seeks to develop more projects in Davao City after the Amani Grand Citygate project received awards from DotProperty Southeast Asia Awards, PropertyGuru Philippine Property Awards, and Lamudi Philippines.
