Grid Dynamics acquires NextSphere Technologies
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Digital solutions provider Grid Dynamics announced it had acquired Nextsphere Technologies for an undisclosed amount.
The move allows Grid Dynamics to expand its operations in the United States and India, bringing in more than 200 employees.
NextSphere Technologies is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and services U.S.-based clients. The company also has a presence in Phoenix, Arizona, and operates two big engineering centers in the India tech hubs of Hyderabad and Chennai.
Nextsphere will help improve Grid Dynamics’ digital transformation capabilities with its expertise in modern application development, systems monetization, product development, and cloud and infrastructure services.
“With a proven track record of serving customers across the Healthcare, Fintech, and CPG/Manufacturing industries, Nextsphere Technologies’ expertise will complement Grid Dynamics’ offerings to existing and new customers,” said Leonard Livschitz, Grid Dynamics Chief Executive Officer.
Grid Dynamics is headquartered in Silicon Valley with offices across the U.S., Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe, and India.
