French contact center H2A joins TransPerfect

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES and PARIS, FRANCE — French contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider H2A has been acquired by TransPerfect, a language and AI solutions provider.
While specific terms of the deal remain confidential, it aims to strengthen TransPerfect’s multilingual customer experience capabilities while expanding its European footprint.
Strategic integration enhances multilingual customer service
The Paris-based H2A, established in 1987, brings extensive expertise in customer support, telemarketing, and technical assistance across various sectors, including telecommunications, retail, finance, and public services.
Under the agreement, H2A’s leadership team will remain intact, with General Manager Marilynn Genieyz and Operations Director Anne-Sophie Samet joining TransPerfect’s senior management.
