Hayo Telecom partners with Telesmart.io
Senegal’s local operator Hayo Telecom will partner up with the global number and messaging service provider Telesmart.io for the creation of its API-enabled number and messaging platform.
In a statement, Hayo Telecom said that this cooperative venture will help them service their African consumers “more efficiently and effectively.”
Telesmart.io’s inventory management platform for voice and messaging makes it simple to monetize the opportunity in the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) market. The platform may be integrated with Hayo Telecom’s existing business systems as well as Telesmart.io’s “Bring Your Own Numbers” concept to handle all number inventories in one place.
Hayo Telecom CEO Feraz Ahmed stated that this collaboration will allow them to bring technology and networking to underprivileged rural areas in Africa, as well as more urbanized areas.
Meanwhile, Telesmart.io CEO and Co-Founder Neil Kitcher said that breaking ground in Africa is a huge achievement for their firm as they are “constantly looking for new ways to deliver efficiencies”
Hayo Telecom has offices on four continents and serves customers in more than 25 countries. The mobile network operator also operates international points of presence (POPs) in South Africa and North America, where it offers voice, SMS, DIDs, data, and other telecommunications services.
