HCLTech, Microsoft launch AI-driven solution for SAP migration

NOIDA, INDIA — HCLTech and Microsoft have announced a strategic collaboration to fast-track global enterprises’ migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA on Microsoft Cloud.
The new solution leverages HCLTech’s AI Force platform, its SAP Migration+ model, and Microsoft’s AI tools to deliver a near-zero disruption transition.
The initiative addresses a critical gap in traditional SAP migration models by prioritizing business outcomes and value creation from the outset.
“Unlike traditional approaches that primarily focus on migration execution, HCLTech and Microsoft are addressing a critical gap in the market by offering a business case-first approach,” said Pawan Vadapalli, Corporate Vice President and Global Head, Digital Business Services at HCLTech.
Delivering speed, agility, and ROI
By combining Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence tools with HCLTech’s GenAI capabilities, the joint offering aims to simplify the complexity of enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization.
Companies adopting the service can expect shorter migration timelines, reduced costs, and embedded AI capabilities from day one.
“Our customers are looking for the most agile and effective way to modernize their SAP estate,” said Wael El Kabbany, Global Vice President of Microsoft’s SAP Business Unit.
“The collaboration with HCLTech puts this vision into action… focused on business outcomes paired with HCLTech’s advanced migration capability, enhanced with the power of AI.”
The model includes AI-led SAP assessments, a business-first transformation roadmap, and embedded intelligence to minimize operational risk and unlock innovation opportunities.
