HCLTech launches dedicated U.S. subsidiary for public sector innovation

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES and NOIDA, INDIA — Global IT services provider HCLTech announced the launch of its new subsidiary, HCLTech Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
HCLTech PSS is dedicated to serving federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as educational institutions in the United States.

The subsidiary aims to address growing demand for AI-driven technology solutions in the public sector, including digital engineering, cybersecurity, and citizen engagement platforms.

Leadership and vision
Sethi will lead HCLTech PSS as President, alongside Raghu Raman Lakshmanan as Treasurer and Secretary. Both executives have been appointed to the subsidiary’s board of directors along with Jill Kouri, HCLTech’s Chief Marketing Officer.
