Health Advocates Network expands with Medical Temps acquisition

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Health Advocates Network (HAN), a healthcare staffing solutions provider, has acquired Louisiana-based Medical Temps, Inc. (MTI), marking its seventh acquisition since 2020.
The merger strengthens HAN’s position in the healthcare staffing sector and expands its geographical footprint.

MTI, established in 2000, specializes in staffing healthcare and correctional facilities.

Health Advocates Network, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, has demonstrated remarkable growth since its founding in January 2020. The company recently earned the #300 position on the 2024 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America.

This transaction marks HAN’s third acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2024, underlining the company’s aggressive growth strategy. It recently acquired Miami-based WorkSquare Healthcare Staffing Solutions.
