Florida healthcare staffing firm acquires Texas-based radiology specialist
FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Health Advocates Network, a growing healthcare staffing powerhouse, has acquired DiagnosTemps to strengthen its market position.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the integration is expected to drive forward the combined capabilities of both entities, enhancing service offerings to healthcare facilities across the United States.
The deal marks HAN’s sixth acquisition since its founding in 2020. It recently acquired Miami-based WorkSquare Healthcare Staffing Solutions.
Strategic growth and market impact
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, HAN has demonstrated growth with an annual revenue of $16.1 million and a workforce of 134 employees. The company recently achieved the #10 spot on Inc.’s Southeast Region’s Fastest-Growing Companies List, boasting an impressive two-year revenue growth of 1,159%.

DiagnosTemps, established in 1993 and headquartered in Dallas, brings three decades of expertise in providing specialized radiology staffing solutions to hospitals, imaging facilities, and physician offices across the United States. The company will continue operating as a separate unit under its Joint Commission-certified brand.
