Heirs Technologies aims to boost Nigeria’s BPO sector

LAGOS, NIGERIA — Digital business solutions provider Heirs Technologies announced its commitment to positioning Nigeria as a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) destination in Africa.

The company is poised to train up to 100,000 young people in digital skills this year, leveraging Nigeria’s burgeoning youth and developer population, which saw a 45% increase in 2023.
Heirs Technologies also plans to establish campuses across Nigeria to support its outsourcing initiatives and grow its talent pipeline.
Fumbi Chima, Chairman of Heirs Technologies, emphasized the firm’s alignment with Africapitalism, an economic philosophy advocating for the private sector’s role in Africa‘s development.

Anant Rao, Executive Director of Heirs Technologies, expressed confidence that government initiatives in technology outsourcing will bolster private sector efforts.
