Helpware expands into DevOps, AI with ETEAM purchase

KENTUCKY, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing firm Helpware has acquired digital product agency ETEAM, and has expanded its services to DevOps and related artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
The acquisition will equip Helpware with the right tools to meet the growing needs of its clients amid an evolving technology landscape.
Hundreds of senior engineers from ETEAM will jump ship to Helpware to aid the latter in installing and implementing DevOps and various AI platforms.
“We now have all the right resources to both consume and deploy the best in DevOps and Emerging Tech/AI in a way that preserves our industry-leading client, member, consumer, and customer satisfaction measures,” Alexander Tereshchenko, Helpware Chief Operating Officer said.

Helpware operates from 18 locations in 10 countries. It helps clients from different industries through various services such as back-office support, content security, AI operation, and content moderation.
