Helpware expands to Uganda with over 100 job vacancies

KAMPALA, UGANDA — Helpware, a U.S.-based business process outsourcing firm, recently expanded to Uganda, opening job opportunities to locals.
More than 100 job vacancies in customer service were made available by Helpware. The company is looking for employees who are knowledgeable in English, French, and Swahili to provide customer care across phone, email, and chat channels.
The company said that they will eventually hire for roles on technical and back-office support.
