Hexaware appoints Aditya Jayaraman as Country Head for India

NAVI MUMBAI, INDIA — Hexaware, a global provider of IT, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital solutions, has announced the appointment of Aditya Jayaraman as its Country Head for India. He will lead the company’s strategy and growth agenda for Indian enterprises and global capability centers, reinforcing Hexaware’s focus on one of the world’s most critical technology markets.
Hexaware previously ranked #18 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
Strategic leadership for the Indian market
Jayaram, who has been building and growing businesses in cloud, consulting, IT, data, and AI/ML for over 25 years, draws on a wealth of experience from working at major technology companies worldwide and in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startups in the Bay Area.
His last experience as technology head of the Hi-Tech vertical at AWS in North America, where he served more than 150 Fortune 1000 corporations in their digitization efforts, provides him with a record of successful commercial leadership.
Amrinder Singh, President and Head of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) at Hexaware, emphasized, Through him, we aim to bring our global capabilities and offerings, partner networks, and renewed energy and focus into what we see as one of the most important markets in the years ahead.”
His particular responsibility is to implement Hexaware’s growth agenda within the GCC 2.0 environment, in collaboration with customers and the partnership ecosystem.
The outcome-oriented approach of Jayaraman, which focuses on sharpening problem statements and providing accurate business outcomes, is likely critical in this venture.
The company will use his experience to improve its service delivery in a market it considers vital to its future growth, leveraging his unique combination of technical and business skills, as evidenced by his engineering, MBA, and CFA qualifications.
Outcome-driven digital transformation in India
The relocation notes the growing significance of India as one of the edges of technological modernization and the changing status of service providers.
The promise made by Hexaware is intended to help enterprises and global capability centers (GCCs) modernize their legacy data platforms, migrate key workloads, and scale AI responsibly to deliver real business results.
Attention is given at a time when the technology environment is experiencing what Jayaraman termed a tectonic change, in which customers are looking for partners who will own their outcomes rather than give advice.
As the co-founder of a GenAI startup incubator and as a mentor to startups, Jayaraman has the qualifications to respond to the rising demand for AI and innovation in the Indian market.
The emphasis on the purpose of Hexaware, to assist in perfect human intelligence, and the net promoter score (NPS) of the company, which is rated 30 points higher than the industry average, is a sign of customer trust and outcome-driven partnership strategy.
The appointment therefore reinforces the company’s commitment to being a major force in India’s digital transformation, delivering its products to meet the complex demands of contemporary businesses.
“Customers are looking for trusted partners who can not only guide them through this journey but also take ownership of their outcomes,” Jayaraman said.
