VERMONT, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing provider Hiretic has closed a $4.5 million seed funding round led by Neo Capital. The new capital will power Hiretic’s mission to connect fast-growing Western brands with high-performing customer experience teams in emerging markets.

Hiretic currently supports more than 30 brands in North America and Europe, serving industries such as e-commerce, fintech, and SaaS.
