House of HR acquires German outsourcing firm
ROESELARE, BELGIUM — House of HR is set to become one of the largest healthcare human resources (HR) providers in Germany through its latest acquisition.
The Belgium-based company is acquiring 100% of Hamburg-based firm pluss Personalmanagement GmbH.
The acquisition will be completed in Q1 of 2023, subject to the approval of the German competition authority.
Christian Baumann and Wolfgang Ungerathen will remain on board as Managing Directors, as well as the full management.
Pluss, founded in 1984, specializes in recruitment for healthcare and social services on a temporary basis.
With 48 locations throughout Germany, pluss has an expected turnover of €157 million (US$166 million) from last year. The plan this year is to increase the number of locations to 55.
This latest acquisition is House of HR’s third in the German healthcare staffing solutions field.
“With this acquisition we will become one of the largest HR healthcare providers in Germany, together with avanti and LD Personalvermittlung. By joining forces, we aim to grow further in the entire DACH region,” said House of HR CEO Rika Coppens.
In 2022, House of HR acquired LD Personalvermittlung following its acquisition of avanti in 2021.
