HR Path acquires Blueprint HR to boost APAC SAP, HRIS reach

PARIS, FRANCE, and BENGALURU, INDIA – Global HR consulting firm HR Path has acquired Blueprint HR Software Solutions, the HR technology division of India’s Blueprint Technologies, in a strategic move to expand its Asia-Pacific (APAC) footprint and deepen its expertise in key human resources information systems (HRIS).
The acquisition significantly enhances HR Path’s capacity to deliver SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG solutions worldwide.
HR Path expands global SAP, HR consulting reach
HR Path, founded in 2001, operates in 28 countries with over 2,500 professionals. It provides a full spectrum of HR services, including advisory, implementation, and managed services for optimizing HR processes.
Blueprint Technologies is an award-winning SAP consulting firm with over a decade of experience, delivering end-to-end ERP solutions across industries like manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, and professional services. Its now-divested HR division specialized in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG solutions.
HR Path bolsters global HRIS with APAC push
This acquisition is fundamentally a geographic and capability play by HR Path to cement its presence in high-potential regions. The move directly strengthens the French firm’s base in India, the Middle East, and Saudi Arabia while providing a gateway to other Asia-Pacific (APAC) geographies.
François Boulet, Co-Founder of HR Path, stated the acquisition will help the company “better penetrate the UAE market and significantly increase our presence in India,” indicating a targeted growth strategy in these economies.
The transaction equips HR Path with immediate, specialized talent and an established practice to serve global demand. Lalit Mehra, Managing Director of HR Path India, noted that while the firm already provides global Workday services, Blueprint HR’s integration grants “even greater capabilities for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG delivered out of India.”
“This reinforces our ability to serve clients with comprehensive HRIS solutions worldwide.”
This operational scaling from a major delivery center allows HR Path to offer more comprehensive and competitive HRIS implementation and managed services to its international client base.
Blueprint HR sharpens SAP focus, divests HR unit
For Blueprint Technologies, the sale represents a strategic divestiture to sharpen its focus on its core ERP and digital transformation services. The parent company will continue operating independently, now with a dedicated focus on its flagship SAP offerings, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BDC, BTP, SAP CX, and AI.
Blueprint Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rony John, stated the move “sharpens our strategic focus and accelerates global growth” across these core capabilities, enabling reinvestment in scaling these primary services.
“It enables us to reinvest in scaling our flagship offerings and strengthen the value we deliver to our customers. This empowers us to advance our mission, broaden the impact of our technology, and bring even greater focus and innovation across our core SAP portfolio.”
The transition is framed as a win for both the divested unit and its clients. Blueprint Technologies’ Chief Operating Officer (COO), Kalyan T, emphasized the HR practice’s strong reputation and stated that “Blueprint HR Software ensures continuity, expanded opportunities for our people, and enhanced value for our customers. This transition also strengthens our operational agility.”
For the Blueprint HR team, now integrated into HR Path, the acquisition offers a path for broader influence. Omprakash H, Sr. Director at Blueprint HR Software, described it as an “exciting evolution” that enables the practice to leverage HR Path’s global reach to drive greater innovation and client delivery.
