HR Path acquires TEC360 People to deepen Latin America HR reach

PARIS, FRANCE — HR Path, a global human resources (HR) consulting and HRIS solutions firm operating across 29 countries, has acquired TEC360 People, a Mexico-based provider of HR technology licensing and implementation services.
According to a company press release, the deal marks HR Path’s second acquisition in Mexico following its purchase of PayHuman in 2024, and expands the company’s capacity to serve clients across the full HR transformation lifecycle in Latin America. No financial terms were disclosed.
TEC360 People, founded in 2014 as a subsidiary of TEC360 Group, brings specialized expertise in Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management to HR Path’s global delivery network.
HR Path adds Cornerstone and SAP implementation depth
The acquisition targets a specific gap in HR Path’s HRIS portfolio, adding Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management implementation depth to a firm whose global service catalog already spans advisory, implementation, and outsourcing.
HR Path, which fields more than 2,600 professionals across 29 countries, has pursued a regional acquisition strategy in Mexico rather than relying solely on organic expansion.
TEC360 People’s established client relationships and local market knowledge give HR Path a direct pathway to enterprise accounts managing complex talent and compensation programs across Latin America.
“The acquisition of TEC360 People supports our ambition to become the global reference in HR transformation,” said Frederic Van Bellinghen, Partner at HR Path.
Acquisition brings TEC360 clients global HR access
The deal gives TEC360 Group a structured exit from its HR consulting practice as the parent company refocuses on its core technology business. For TEC360 People’s clients, the transition preserves service continuity while expanding access to HR Path’s international delivery capabilities across 29 countries.
The integration combines TEC360 People’s Mexico-specific implementation track record with HR Path’s global scale, positioning the combined entity to capture a larger share of enterprise HCM projects across the region.
“Joining HR Path ensures continuity for our clients, expanded opportunities for our people, and access to a truly global platform,” said Peter Wiegandt, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of TEC360 Group.
HR Path’s back-to-back acquisitions in Mexico — PayHuman in 2024 and TEC360 People now — reflect a deliberate consolidation strategy in the Latin American HR technology market.
Regional HRIS implementation partners with established enterprise client bases are increasingly being acquired by global HR consultancies seeking local expertise as demand for cloud human capital management (HCM) platforms accelerates.
SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Cornerstone each count Latin America as a high-growth implementation market, where multinational rollouts are driving a sustained wave of integration project work.
The pattern mirrors broader M&A activity in HR services, where firms including Accenture, Capgemini, and Wipro have used targeted acquisitions to build regional delivery scale in emerging markets.
