HR Path boosts U.S. reach through ClearCourse acquisition

PARIS, FRANCE — Paris-based global HR consulting and technology firm HR Path has acquired ClearCourse Consulting for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase follows HR Path’s earlier North-American buys—Exaserv in 2019, Terra Information Group in 2023 and IN-RGY in 2024.
“The addition of ClearCourse Consulting is a strategic step for us,” said HR Path co-founder François Boulet. “Their expertise strengthens our pursuit of becoming the global leader in HR transformation.”
Complementary HCM expertise
ClearCourse, a 2016-founded U.S. boutique, helps mid-to-large employers get the most from Dayforce, ADP, UKG and Workday.
ClearCourse President & CEO Keith Martin called the deal “a new chapter” that will let his team “deliver even more value” while keeping its hands-on reputation.
The firm’s 40-plus consultants specialize in HCM system assessments, implementations and optimization, guiding clients from vendor selection to change management and post-go-live tuning.
HR Path will fold that skill set into its own end-to-end menu: strategic HR advisory, system integration and ongoing managed services. Clients span payroll, talent, learning and workforce analytics across the SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Sage and now expanded Dayforce-to-Workday ecosystem.
Global scale remains the differentiator
Founded in 2001, HR Path has grown to more than 2,500 professionals and about €215 million ($252 million) in annual revenue. Its 3,000-plus customers are spread across 28 countries, including France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, India and Australia.
Boulet says ClearCourse’s “deep knowledge and strong client relationships in the U.S. complement our global capabilities,” adding that the combined bench will let HR Path “deliver even more value through synergy, innovation and a shared commitment to excellence.”
