HR Path secures $541Mn for global expansion

PARIS, FRANCE — Human resources consulting provider HR Path has secured a record-breaking €500 million (US$541 million) in financing from Ardian, a private investment house.
The funds will be instrumental in driving the next phase of HR Path’s growth and international expansion, particularly in the United States, Canada, Germany, the Nordic countries, and Australia.

With this new funding, HR Path aims to accelerate its external growth strategy, which has already integrated 38 companies in 12 countries since 2009.
