French HR giant HR Path expands global reach with IntSys deal

PARIS, FRANCE — Paris-based HR Path has acquired Northern Ireland’s IntSys Solutions.
While specific terms of the acquisition remain confidential, the deal marks HR Path’s latest step in expanding its Workday implementation capabilities and presence in the United Kingdom and Irish markets.
HR Path, with an annual revenue of $495.5 million and 1,724 employees worldwide, has been growing its global footprint since its establishment in 2001. It recently acquired the Mexican firm Pay Human Group.
HR Path currently serves over 3,000 clients across 22 countries, offering comprehensive HR solutions, including advisory, implementation, and managed services.
Expertise integration
IntSys Solutions, founded in 2021, brings a team of seasoned consultants with 40 years of collective experience in Workday integration and reporting. The Northern Ireland-based company has established itself as a specialist in providing high-quality Workday integration solutions and custom HR technology services.

This acquisition follows HR Path’s March 2024 purchase of Three Plus Consulting, demonstrating the company’s committed strategy to enhance its Workday expertise and expand its market presence.
