Hudson Global acquires Hunt & Badge, expects to expand reach in Asia
Connecticut-based Recruitment process outsourcing Hudson Global recently announced its acquisition of Hunt & Badge Consulting Private Limited, a provider of staffing and RPO services headquartered in India.
“The addition of H&B expands Hudson RPO’s footprint further into the India recruitment market with an impressive array of deep client relationships with notable multinational companies,” said Hudson Global CEO Jeff Eberwein.
“H&B’s highly dedicated and experienced delivery team makes it a natural fit for Hudson RPO.” Eberwein added.
The deal is expected to expand Hudson Global’s RPO footprint in Asia. Prior to the acquisition of Hunt & Badge, Hudson Global acquired Karani LLC, a Chicago-based recruiting firm with operations in India and the Philippines.
The global recruitment process outsourcing logged a 26 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) growth in 2021 brining its revenue to $7.4 billion backed by a strong market recovery following a depressed market in 2020.
