Hybrid work ‘sustainable’ for the future – Remote Staff CEO
Remote Staff CEO Chris Jankulovski expressed his belief that implementing a hybrid work model is a “sustainable solution” for the future of employment.
During a webinar hosted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Jankulovski talked about the future of work and discussed the reasons for promoting remote work in any business.
Jankulovski said that remote working has the potential to empower business leaders and the Filipino workforce to achieve more in their professions. He added that remote work is here to stay with or without the pandemic.
Further, Jankulovski stated that he always envisioned a future where local hires and remote staff will work side-by-side.
DTI’s webinar is part of the commemoration of 75 years of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Australia.
