Ibex expands Honduras operations, adds 250 new jobs

TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS — Business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer engagement technology solutions provider ibex has announced the expansion of its operations in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
This move strengthens the company’s nearshore strategy and demonstrates its commitment to growth in the region.
Expansion details and economic impact
The company, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker IBEX, has added nearly 10,000 square feet to its existing facility, increasing its operational capacity by 35% with over 180 additional production seats. The expanded facility, which became operational in mid-September, is expected to create approximately 250 new job opportunities in the region.
