ibex named CX Outsourcing Leader

WASHINGTON D.C., UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider ibex was recently named as a Customer Experience Outsourcing Services Leader in Latin America by consulting firm Frost & Sullivan.
