IBPAP, Great Place To Work Philippines to list ‘high trust’ workplaces in PH
The IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) is collaborating with Great Place To Work Philippines to publish a list of the best IT-BPM workplaces in the Philippines.
According to IBPAP, the list will recognize “high-trust” workplaces within the industry and “showcase why it is one of the country’s most vibrant and dynamic sectors.”
The industry body added that this partnership “will highlight the reasons why the IT-BPM industry grew to become the Philippines’s biggest private-sector employer with 1.44 million full-time employees [FTEs] as of 2021.”
Further, IBPAP noted that the collaboration aims to bring awareness to the diverse and inclusive workplace culture within the sector, “making it a career option of choice and a source of pride and inspiration for many Filipinos.”
Antoinette Mendoza-Talosig, Great Place To Work Philippines Managing Partner of, said this partnership with IBPAP paves the way for the firm to advance its mission.
