ICCS aims to hit ₹1.75Bn revenue by year-end

India-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider ICCS is envisioning to reach ₹1.75 billion (US$22.5 million) in revenue by the end of 2022.
ICCS Founder and CEO Divij Singhal said that the firm witnessed a significant growth of 25% year-on-year since 2013. Last year, ICCS generated ₹ 1.5 billion (US$19 million) in revenues.
Singhal added, “At ICCS, we believe that cutting-edge technologies, as well as operational excellence, have primarily driven this growth and will continue to do so even in the times to come.”
As per the company’s disclosure, ICCS is currently growing at a CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of six per cent and is looking forward to an exponential growth of 33% in the coming years.
The ICCS chief himself stated that this will be driven by “a combination of technology, geographical expansion as well as venturing into new verticals.”
ICCS has over 6,000 employees with the intention of hiring an additional 1,000 employees in 2023. The firm is actively hiring across roles of customer service, business acquisition, customer satisfaction surveys, as well as customer engagement procedures.
