IGT Solutions expands in Europe with Romania-based OSSR acquisition
BUCHAREST, ROMANIA — IGT Solutions, a digital transformation and customer experience (CX) services provider, has announced the signing of definitive agreements to acquire Outsourcing Support Services S.R.L (OSSR), a Romanian-based business process outsourcing (BPO) and tech services provider.
The deal, subject to closing conditions, includes OSSR and two affiliated entities that operate under Connections Consult, a publicly listed Romanian company.

Expanding European footprint
This acquisition strengthens IGT Solutions’ presence in Europe. It enhances its expertise in delivering high-value BPO and technology services across industries such as fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), industrial, and logistics.
