IL2000 boosts efficiency with DDC FPO partnership

COLORADO, UNITED STATES — IL2000, a third-party transportation and logistics service provider, has partnered with outsourcing company DDC FPO to enhance its data entry and freight audit and payment services.
The collaboration has already resulted in a 100% increase in data entry productivity and a 30% improvement in shipment audit capacity while reducing costs by 25%.
“Our collaboration with DDC FPO enhances our scalability and hones our continuous improvement techniques,” commented Ken Nadler, president of IL2000.
Nadler also emphasized the win-win scenario for everyone involved, noting that their clients “now experience a more rapid invoice audit and resolution process marked by heightened precision, while our carrier associates benefit from expedited payments.”
DDC FPO has assigned a data entry team to process over 5,000 freight bills monthly for IL2000, including securing missing documentation for invoicing.
A separate personnel group is responsible for shipment and bill auditing, investigating and resolving discrepancies between invoices and initial orders.
Nadler praised the seamless transition to DDC FPO, attributing the success to the company’s approach to training, coordination, supervision, and continuous feedback.
