Impact SourcingCX officially launched its US services
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) consulting services provider Impact SourcingCX was recently launched to provide solutions for clients in the United States.
Impact SourcingCX founder and CEO Stuart Discount explained that he created the company to offer “access to business process outsourcing in parts of the world where we can provide desperately needed social and economic impacts.”
The newly-built firm aims to provide a network of BPO servicers in strategic locations matched to each company’s requirements, culture and social impact strategies.
In addition, they will offer their compliance expertise and on-boarding assistance to clients across the country.
Discount believes that the BPO industry can provide employment to communities in less developed countries.
The CEO stated that Impact SourcingCX “can provide economic growth opportunities to communities around the world where there are educated, English-speaking workers who just want the opportunity to succeed.”
Discount has over 40 years of industry expertise and worked as the U.S. ambassador for Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA), founding member of the Enterprise Communications Advocacy Coalition and a former CEO of the Professional Association for Customer Engagement.
