Infinit-O appoints new CEO as Eldridge becomes Executive Chairman

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — Outsourcing firm Infinit-O has appointed Manoj Shetty as its Chief Executive Officer, while former CEO and Chairperson Richard Eldridge moves into the newly-created Executive Chairman role.
Shetty was most recently the Innovation Advisor of IPI Singapore, a non-profit organization that aids small and medium firms in sourcing the right technologies for their business operations. He was also the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Sales Officer for-profit educational provider Study Group.
Shetty spent over 10 years at Microsoft, including Regional Director North of the Enterprise and Partner Group, Sales Excellence Director of Enterprise Business, and Director of Strategy and Business Management, among others.
Meanwhile, Eldridge, who was the firm’s Chairperson and CEO from October 2005 up to Shetty’s nomination, will become Infinit-O’s Executive Chairman.
Eldridge is concurrently a part-time Chairperson at Infinit Care, a tech platform focused on mental health, and a Non-Executive Director at SAVii, a financial app that aids human resource professionals.
“I’m thrilled to join Infinit-O at this exciting time in its next phase of growth. I have been privileged to have worked with the leadership team over the last year and now to lead the team as we focus on building deeper relationships with our customers, consistently exceeding performance expectations, reimagining and developing innovative solutions, and creating sustainable and environmental impact,” Shetty said.
