Infosys to acquire analytics company Blue Acorn iCi
IT major Infosys is set to acquire US-based analytics company Blue Acorn iCi for up to $125 million.
Blue Acorn iCi, which was founded in 2019, is an e-commerce agency dedicated to helping retailers and brands achieve revenue growth through data-driven design, development and optimization.
Infosys said that the move strengthens its customer experience offerings and demonstrates its commitment to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.
“The Blue Acorn iCi acquisition is another important milestone in Infosys’ journey to build capabilities relevant to the digital priorities of our clients and reaffirms our commitment to the Adobe ecosystem,” said Infosys president Ravi Kumar S.
